If you need work done

Call the number at the top of this page. Tell us what you have noticed, where, and roughly how long it has been going on, and give us your postal code. We will put you through to the partner covering your area.

Sweeping and inspections are usually within a few days, except from the first cold week of November when the whole city calls at once — book late summer if you can. A cracked liner or anything smelling of combustion gases is same-day.

Everything else

Email booking@gettorontochimney.com. That includes corrections to anything on this site, data protection requests, and questions about how we work with our partners.

We are not the contractor, so we cannot answer questions about a specific job already booked — the partner attending is the right contact for that.
